Tissue: Not for Tears
Although some of these decorations are so cute they might bring you to tears! Tissue paper is a pretty awesome material. It’s cheap, lightweight, can be manipulated into lots of shapes. You can decoupage tissue paper onto cheap glassware (candles and vases), you can make flowers, poms, fans. It’s easy to DIY, and cheap to buy!
