Despite the warm Indian summer we are having, fall is definitely in the air. People are eating pumpkin baked goods, picking apples, and buying scarves. All the leaves are changing, and nights are getting quite chilly. When we got married September 24th, I was really hoping for a fall-ish wedding, in the end it was 75 degrees, and most of the leaves were still green. In Washington, a good fall wedding should be in the last 3 weeks of October.
I think there are lots of ways to do a truly classy autumn affair. Rich colors, with warm neutrals. Seasonal flowers, apple branches, mums, gold accents. I’ve complied a bunch of photos that bring together what I think a truly great fall wedding should look like. (click photos for source)
